We provide web development and design services, as specified in a separate project agreement or proposal. All projects are subject to these Terms.
You agree to provide all necessary content and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the project stays on schedule. You are responsible for ensuring that all content you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights.
All payments for our services are non-refundable. All code and designs created for a project remain the intellectual property of Ronit Projects until final payment is received in full. Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use the final work.
We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services. We do not provide warranties regarding the websites we build after project completion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
